What You'll Do
Your role will be pivotal in architecting the next generation of AI agents. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for multi-agent environments and self-driving workflows.
- Optimize Reasoning Loops: Improve the efficiency and accuracy of AI decision-making processes and prompt orchestration.
- Human-in-the-Loop Integration: Implement feedback mechanisms to refine agent behavior and ensure alignment with human values.
- Model Deployment: Deploy large language models (LLMs) and multimodal agents to high-availability cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Research Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists to translate research findings into robust engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML systems or distributed systems.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go. Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
- System Design: Strong understanding of microservices, message queues, and high-concurrency systems.
- AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and the mechanics of Agentic AI for 2026.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
