Responsibilities
- Design Hybrid Architectures: Engineer scalable systems that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with quantum computing primitives to solve complex optimization problems.
- Agentic Systems Development: Build and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of self-correction, multi-step reasoning, and seamless human-machine collaboration.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design cloud-native infrastructure that can adapt to the computational demands of next-generation AI workloads.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks ensuring AI outputs are bias-free, transparent, and aligned with global ethical standards.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Prototyping: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies and prototyping solutions for future market needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or edge computing.
- System Design: Strong background in designing distributed systems, microservices, and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
