Responsibilities
- Architect scalable multi-agent frameworks using tools like AutoGen, LangChain, or custom orchestration layers.
- Implement advanced memory architectures and long-context management to ensure agent continuity.
- Develop robust evaluation pipelines and guardrails to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety.
- Optimize LLM inference costs and latency for high-volume agent deployments.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate complex business requirements into autonomous agent behaviors.
- Debug complex, asynchronous agent workflows and improve reasoning loops.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on AI/ML or distributed systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python and familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js for agent orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus), and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agent orchestration libraries.
- Demonstrated ability to design resilient systems that handle edge cases in autonomous decision-making.
