We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Agentic Systems Architect to lead the design of our infrastructure for the 2026 era. Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI workflows.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms relevant to the 2026 tech landscape, including multi-modal reasoning and autonomous tool usage.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy through advanced fine-tuning and distillation techniques.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust guardrails and ethical AI frameworks to ensure safe deployment of autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and optimize high-scale distributed systems.
