Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning models for NLP and Computer Vision.
- System Design: Architect end-to-end MLOps pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine models to improve inference speed and reduce latency in real-time environments.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, evaluating and integrating new frameworks and libraries.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving high-complexity problems in large-scale distributed systems.
