Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure, including MLOps pipelines and cloud-native solutions.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization for high-traffic environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps aligned with 2026 business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI development.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy in all AI system deployments.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML system architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience building and deploying MLOps solutions using tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
