Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Generative AI models optimized for the 2026 compute stack.
- Design MLOps pipelines to ensure high availability, scalability, and real-time inference for enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge techniques in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into robust, user-friendly solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning methodologies.
