Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary machine learning models focused on predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product launches.
- Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reduce computational overhead.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA. Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, undefined technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
