Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning models.
- Lead the research and development of novel neural network architectures tailored for 2026 computational paradigms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantum computing researchers and data scientists.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture sessions.
- Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or artificial intelligence development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI products to production.
