Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and high availability for 2026 systems.
- Model Optimization: Collaborate with research teams to fine-tune and optimize neural networks for reduced latency and increased inference speed.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models into our existing cloud ecosystem, utilizing Kubernetes and Docker for containerization.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with global AI regulations.
- Technical Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, including Quantum Computing integration and Edge AI, to guide the company's technical roadmap.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges in large-scale environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
