Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines and system architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Tech Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation within the engineering team.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D: Conduct research and proof-of-concept (PoC) development for next-gen AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying scalable solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- System Design: Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and system architecture.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
