Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the end-to-end technical roadmap for the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Model Development: Oversee the design and training of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and recruit top-tier talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid iteration.
- System Optimization: Drive performance optimization strategies, focusing on inference speed, memory efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Research Integration: Bridge the gap between cutting-edge academic research and practical, deployable production systems.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong proficiency in C++/Rust for performance engineering.
- Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying LLMs at scale in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
