Responsibilities
Architect and lead the development of the 2026 AI Core Framework, focusing on scalability and next-gen hardware integration.Define technical strategies for bridging current AI models with future quantum capabilities.Oversee the deployment of large-scale neural networks ensuring zero-latency processing and high availability.Establish rigorous governance protocols for ethical AI, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, futurists, and product managers to deliver the Year 2026 roadmap.Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with a focus on AI.10+ years of experience in designing, building, and scaling large-scale distributed systems.Deep expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision architectures.Proven track record in leading high-performance engineering teams and driving technical roadmaps.Familiarity with next-gen hardware architectures (e.g., TPUs, QPUs) and edge computing paradigms.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
