Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 AI product roadmap, focusing on generative models and predictive analytics.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for machine learning systems, from prototyping to production deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to optimize algorithm efficiency and reduce latency.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct technical due diligence for emerging technologies and potential acquisition targets.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
