Core Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for Nexus AI, specifically targeting capabilities required by 2026.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver breakthrough AI features.
- Drive research initiatives to improve model efficiency, reduce bias, and enhance safety standards.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring in a production environment.
- Advocate for ethical AI usage and ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of shipping large-scale machine learning products to market.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
