Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning models targeting deployment by Q4 2026.
- Define technical strategies for integrating quantum computing protocols into legacy AI systems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model transparency, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s may be considered).
- Proven experience leading AI architecture teams and delivering production-grade systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless architecture.
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles including design patterns and microservices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
