Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the company's 2026 AI roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex Machine Learning and Deep Learning pipelines at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure the architectural integrity, security, and performance of our AI infrastructure.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI frameworks and third-party APIs to enhance product capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
