Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our flagship AI products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for years to come.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect distributed machine learning pipelines and data lakes capable of handling petabyte-scale data throughput.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and driving technical best practices.
- Algorithm Optimization: Drive research into novel neural network architectures and optimization techniques to reduce latency and improve inference speeds.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product management and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering plans.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to deconstruct ambiguous problems and derive elegant, scalable solutions.
