Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI models and neural networks that integrate seamlessly with quantum processing units.
- System Optimization: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability, low latency, and optimal performance under heavy load.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, specifically in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning, to drive product differentiation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review: Maintain high code quality standards through rigorous code reviews and architectural audits.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to break down complex problems and devise elegant, scalable architectural solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
