Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning architectures capable of handling the demands of a post-2026 digital landscape.
- Lead Research & Development: Guide a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists in exploring cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Define the Roadmap: Create a strategic technical roadmap aligned with our 2026 vision, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core product suite.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure model efficiency, reduce latency, and maximize inference speed for real-time applications.
- Bridge Theory & Practice: Translate complex academic research into robust, deployable software solutions that drive business value.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, providing mentorship to junior architects and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or lead role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and successfully executing them.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for Innovation: A strong background in research publications (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) and a genuine interest in the future of AI.
