Responsibilities

- Scalable System Design: Design and implement high-performance, distributed AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large language models and generative AI agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into marketable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technology stacks for future-proofing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
