Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Machine Learning models with a focus on scalability and energy efficiency.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI into our enterprise product suite.
- Optimize complex neural networks for real-time inference and reduce latency in high-traffic environments.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate advanced technical concepts into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying models at scale using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability systems.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
