Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on AGI readiness and scalable infrastructure.
- Architect high-performance machine learning pipelines using Python and modern frameworks.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI models tailored for enterprise applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for model deployment and MLOps.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and efficiency across distributed cloud environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Neural Networks.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems.
