Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed computing architectures.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Generative AI models, focusing on LLMs and multimodal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning principles.
