Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines for hybrid computing solutions.
- System Optimization: Optimize AI models for low-latency, high-throughput environments using Rust and C++.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct research on emerging AI trends to define the technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Code Review: Ensure code quality and adherence to security best practices across all AI projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit) is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex technical problems and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
