Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for next-gen AI applications and autonomous agents.
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion, and Multimodal systems).
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model security in a cloud-native environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of translating complex research papers into scalable production solutions.
