Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 latency and cost targets.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for scaling our inference infrastructure to support enterprise-grade demand.
- Collaborate with researchers to fine-tune models on niche datasets, ensuring high accuracy and reduced hallucination rates.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to automate model training, evaluation, and deployment cycles.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, governance, and safety protocols within the 2026 framework.
- Optimize neural network architectures for edge computing devices to enable on-device AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on deep learning and AI systems.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and multimodal learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
