Responsibilities
- Design System Architecture: Architect end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model training frameworks, and inference engines.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer systems that scale to billions of requests, ensuring low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for bias mitigation and responsible AI deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and software engineers to translate complex AI concepts into actionable features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Vision: A proven track record of shipping innovative AI products to market.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
