Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures tailored for high-volume production environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and backend developers to deliver robust AI solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 product cycle.
- Optimize existing algorithms for improved latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
