Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure designed to handle enterprise-grade predictive analytics and generative content generation.
- Model Optimization: Design high-performance neural networks, optimizing for latency, accuracy, and computational efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Research & Implementation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest advancements in LLMs, Computer Vision, and Predictive Tech.
- Scalability & Security: Ensure all AI systems are robust, secure, and scalable across global markets.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to design long-term technical strategies that align with business goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
