You will be responsible for designing the foundational models and orchestration layers that will power autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning and execution.

Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLM and Transformer-based systems designed for the Year 2026 roadmap.
- Design and implement complex Agentic Workflows that enable autonomous decision-making and tool use.
- Optimize inference pipelines for real-time latency and cost-efficiency on massive datasets.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate abstract AI concepts into production-ready software.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for high-concurrency AI applications.
- Conduct rigorous evaluation of model performance, focusing on hallucination reduction and factual accuracy.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI architectures and contribute to open-source initiatives.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
