Responsibilities
- Architect End-to-End Solutions: Design and implement scalable, robust AI and machine learning systems for complex real-world problems.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to drive product innovation.
- System Optimization: Oversee the architecture of cloud-native environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive solutions from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
