Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable deep learning models and neural network architectures.
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI solutions, from research to production deployment.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) and model governance.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in artificial intelligence to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
