Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of large-scale Generative AI and LLM systems optimized for high-performance computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product roadmaps.
- Implement cutting-edge optimization techniques, including quantization, pruning, and distributed training strategies.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring robust deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI models.
- Drive research initiatives into emerging technologies such as Multi-Modal AI and Neural Symbolic Computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
