Job Description
We are redefining the boundaries of artificial intelligence for the year 2026. Nexus Horizon is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of autonomous, multi-agent systems that solve complex enterprise problems. You will be at the forefront of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with real-time decision-making engines to create scalable, self-improving AI infrastructures.
If you are passionate about building the future of AI and want to work in a high-impact environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement sophisticated multi-agent architectures that leverage LLMs for autonomous task execution and complex problem solving.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of fine-tuned models optimized for low-latency inference and high-throughput environments.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Build robust MLOps pipelines and scalable backend infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends (e.g., Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback - RLHF, Memory-Augmented Networks) and integrate them into our product roadmap.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate technical requirements into elegant, production-ready solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning/AI systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and LangChain/LlamaIndex.
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance.
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
