Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models and infrastructure.
- Lead the design of end-to-end AI solutions from conception to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to drive technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
