Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to spearhead the development of Project 2026, our flagship initiative to redefine the boundaries of neural network scalability and quantum-ready cloud infrastructure.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI advancements and practical, high-performance enterprise solutions. You will lead a world-class team of engineers, developers, and data scientists in building a resilient, future-proof platform designed to handle exabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
Why join the 2026 Initiative?
- Work on cutting-edge technology that defines the future of enterprise AI.
- Competitive equity package and performance bonuses.
- Flexible remote-first culture with quarterly in-person innovation sprints.
Are you ready to build the systems of tomorrow, today?
Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing real-time data streams.
- Mentor and coach mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product management, security, and research—to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain code quality and system integrity.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee deployment strategies and ensure zero-downtime releases for critical system components.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale systems that handle high concurrency and massive data volumes.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on serverless and containerized solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
