Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on scalable deep learning models and neural network architectures.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives to integrate emerging technologies, including generative AI and quantum-ready algorithms, into production workflows.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of AI models in cloud environments, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps and collaborate with product managers to deliver impactful solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish guidelines for ethical AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and data privacy in all systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing scalable solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: A strong track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to delivery.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
