Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale machine learning models and neural networks for future deployment.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core stack.
- System Optimization: Drive performance optimization, reducing latency and improving inference accuracy for real-time applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Prototyping: Build and validate proof-of-concept models for novel AI paradigms.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Specialization: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle ambiguous, undefined problems creatively.
