Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AI integration, focusing on advancements expected by the year 2026.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and deploy robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Pioneering Research: Explore and prototype cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum AI, edge computing, and neuromorphic hardware integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and compliance standards for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex 2026 visions into actionable technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in designing large-scale AI and machine learning systems.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
