Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure and data pipelines from the ground up.
- Lead the end-to-end development of deep learning models, neural networks, and NLP solutions.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI capabilities that align with long-term business strategies.
- Ensure model performance, data integrity, and strict ethical AI compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct rigorous technical architecture reviews, and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn with a deep understanding of algorithms.
- Strong experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
