Responsibilities
- Design and deploy robust, scalable AI architectures for the 2026 product suite, focusing on performance and security.
- Lead the research and integration of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to ensure low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new tools and frameworks (e.g., Rust, WASM, Quantum-ready protocols) for future implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one major ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX).
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience designing systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
