Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Spearhead the research and integration of Generative AI models tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Lead a team of top-tier engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize neural network training pipelines to reduce latency and increase throughput.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
