Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the end-to-end design of AI systems, including large language models, neural networks, and edge computing solutions for the Year 2026 roadmap.
- Scalability & Performance: Design infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing with sub-millisecond latency.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical stack and coding standards, ensuring seamless integration with existing legacy systems.
- AI Ethics & Safety: Implement guardrails and ethical frameworks to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and safe.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks; proficiency in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience deploying and managing large-scale systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
