Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, state-of-the-art deep learning models focused on future tech trends.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver prototypes for the 2026 product cycle.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs for high-volume production environments.
- Research and implement novel techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Define technical strategies for integrating AI agents into complex software ecosystems.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate 'Year 2026' vision into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, preferably with large-scale LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures and training methodologies.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
