Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep neural networks using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into production workflows.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms to keep our technology stack at the forefront of the industry.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and model governance.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Track record of deploying production-grade ML systems that have a measurable business impact.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
