Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model evaluation and productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for high performance, scalability, and accuracy on large-scale distributed datasets.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring to ensure robust and reliable deployments.
- Research and implement novel techniques in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with high-level libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of MLOps principles, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
