Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Optimize model inference performance to handle high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for data governance and model monitoring.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation to drive continuous improvement of model accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment.
- Proven track record of working with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLMs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
