Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and algorithms using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, validation, and production deployment.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement best practices for model governance and explainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with a focus on machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX) and SQL.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
