Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design, build, and maintain robust machine learning infrastructure capable of handling billions of requests.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical strategies and milestones to transition legacy systems into next-generation AI platforms.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, experimenting with new architectures and frameworks to improve product performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on deep learning and NLP.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and system design principles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex issues and optimize system performance under high load.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
